1.) I finally won at trial. I was beginning to think I was the firm's unlucky charm. Indecent exposure case; main victim couldn't identify the perp, who was sitting to my left at defense table. I think she was trying to match the perp's face with the other attorney, who was sitting to my right. No matter, a win is a win is a win.

So, I totally thought I posted a blog update last week. Stupid computer, or stupid me, but for some reason, I am not seeing any updated post. So, anywho, I am sitting at work trying to avoid starting a new project trying to reduce a gross misdemeanor to a misdemeanor on an indecent exposure case. Just in case anyone out there is curious, I am working on not one, but two indecent exposure cases. Men in Minnesota like their junk to fly free, apparently. And to those Minnesota men, who ignore the cold and the wind and the snow, to expose their genitalia even though we are just finishing up the worst winter since I moved to this state, I salute you.
